The critically-acclaimed anime film, I Want To Eat Your Pancreas, is heading to Singapore next year. However, Encore Films will be holding a special fan screening this Saturday, 22 December 2018! That’s right folks, this means that you can get to see the movie before its general release in the country!

The fan-screening event will happen on 22nd December at around 4:30 pm at Filmgarde Bugis+. Interested fans can now book their tickets here: https://bit.ly/2ScsqGM. Those that do so will receive the following premiums:

– 1 Movie Ticket 1
– Small Drink and Small Popcorn
– 1 Limited Edition Poster

As for its general Singapore release, it will be on 3 January 2019. Both it and the special fan screening will have Japanese audio, as well as English and Chinese subtitles.

The film follows aloof high school student, Haruki Shiga, who tends to avoid getting to know people too deeply. However, everything changes when he meets the cheerful Sakura Yamauchi. However, he soon learns that she’s dying of a pancreatic disease.
