Japanese mobile game, Shironeko Project is celebrating its 5th anniversary this year, and they are celebrating it with a bang. This is because the staff have revealed that the game is getting itself a TV anime adaptation! They even released a brand new trailer teasing this new anime project:
The new anime will be adapting the Zero Chronicle event from the game. The storyline served as Shironeko Project’s 3rd anniversary event. They also revealed a new key visual, as well as announced the anime’s April 2020 premiere:
As the PV revealed, Yuuki Kaji (Attack on Titan’s Eren Yaeger) will be voicing “The Prince of Darkness”, while Yui Horie will be voicing the “Ruler of Lights,” Iris. Project No.9 (Pastel Memories) will be animating the series, while Restaurant to Another World’s Masato Jinbo is both directing and writing the scripts. Expect the staff to reveal more details about the new anime in the days to come.
