Fate fans rejoice, because the upcoming Fate/Grand Order -Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia- TV anime won’t just be running for 12 episodes, but a lot more than that! This is because the anime’s staff have revealed that it will run for 21 episodes! And it won’t be split-cour either, as the staff also revealed that the anime will run from October 2019 to March 2020!
The series will be adapting “Order VII: The Absolute Frontline in the War Against the Demonic Beasts: Babylonia” from the game. Meanwhile, Unison Square Garden is performing the OP song titled “Phantom Joke”. This will be the first time the band will be collaborating with the Fate franchise ever.
CloverWorks will be animating the project, while Toshifumi Akai is directing. Saikano: How To Raise a Boring Girlfriend’sm Tomoaki Takase will be in charge of the anime’s character designs. The staff previously revealed character visuals for Ishtar, Gilgamesh, Enkidu, and Mash. The anime will adapt Order VII from the game, which is Babylonia. It will make its premiere on October 5, 2019.
