KONOSUBA: Legend of Crimson is a new animated feature film for KonoSuba. It’s currently showing in Japan and it adapts the Crimson Demon arc from Natsume Akatsuki’s hilarious and infamous light novel series. and now, the staff have released a digest video for the movie, featuring new footage from the film itself. It features the song “My Home Town”, which is performed by none other than Aqua (Sora Amamiya), Megumin (Rie Takahashi), and Darkness (Ai Kayano).
The anime’s official website previously revealed the new movie online, with JC Staff taking over the animation production duties for Studio DEEN. However, director Takaomi Kanasaki is returning from the previous two anime seasons, along with much of the staff. And sorry folks, Michael Bay won’t be directing, but wouldn’t it be great if he directed something about Megumin? All them explosions!
The main cast are also returning, and they are:

- Sora Amamiya as Aqua
- Rie Takahashi as Megumin
- Ai Kayano as Darkness
- Yui Horie as Wiz
- Aki Toyosaki as Yunyun
