Blizzcon has had some pretty big announcements yesterday, and fans are still talking. And just in case you guys missed it, here’s a round-up of what they announced during their stage presentations:

Overwatch 2

Jeff Kaplan himself took to the stage to reveal Overwatch 2. There, he revealed the new “Zero Hour” trailer, which featured Winston and Mei trying to gather more heroes… until a gigantic Omnic showed up. They also revealed the game will have new Story and Hero Missions, as well as players being able to level up their heroes. There will also be new PVP additions, new maps, and even new Heroes. In fact, the first new hero is a Canadian named Sojourn! And yes, your skins from Overwatch will be carrying over to Overwatch 2!

Diablo 4

Yes folks, Diablo is back! However, a new Demon enters the fray, as the creator of Sanctuary itself, Lilith, threatens the world. The new game will feature a non-linear story that is set in an open world, and will also add some familiar heroes. They announced that three of the heroes will be the Barbarian, Mage, and Druid! The Barbarian, a long-time mainstay of the franchise, will be proficient in melee, while the Mage is well… proficient in Magic. Meanwhile, the Druid, first introduced in the Diablo II: Lord of Destruction expansion, will be a hybrid spell caster and warrior which can transform into a werewolf or werebear.

World of Warcraft: Shadowlands

This new expansion takes place in an alternate realm of death and decay. Players must choose a faction and then fight against Sylvanas. The trailer shows Boliver, the Lich King, using his helmet to tear destroy the barrier between Azeroth and The Shadowlands.

They also announced that WoW Classic’s next update will happen on November 12.

Hearthstone: Descent of Dragons

Hearthstone is adding more dragonms, folks! They’re also adding a new game mode called Battlegrounds, which takes inspiration from the autobattle genre.

Blizzcon itself is still ongoing. They’ll be revealing more information on World of Warcraft, as well as Diablo IV soon enough.
