These days, China has been producing a ton of original content. Unfortunately, it seems that old habits never really die. You see, a Chinese mobile game company known as Hangzhou Jedi Technology Co., Ltd. has been using copyrighted images and music from the Dynasty Warriors, Nobunaga’s Ambition, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, and other Koei Tecmo games for their online ads. And predictably, Koei Tecmo is suing them for it.

And with a name like Hangzhou Jedi Technology Co., Ltd., it’s a surprise Disney hasn’t sued them yet. As for its copyright infringements, it seems that they really are using footage and music from various KT games for advertising their own games.

The company itself is behind several mobile games. These include Sengoku Fubu, Kingdoms Go: Nomination, and My Kingdom. They have yet to make a statement on the lawsuit.
