The TV anime adaptation of Yasuhisa Hara’s Kingdom manga is getting a third TV anime season. And now, the anime’s staff have finally released a brand new PV for the new series:

Hara will be acting as supervisor for this new anime, and it will be having a completely new production staff. However, much of the cast from the two previous anime will be returning. This includes Masakazu Morita as Xin, Jun Fukuyama as Yin Zheng, and Rie Kugimiya as He Liao Diao. It will premiere in April 2020.

And speaking of that new staff, the website also revealed who they are. Kenichi Imaizumi (Reborn!) will be directing the series at Studio Signpost. He replaces former director Jun Kamiya. Other new staff members include Writer Noboru Takagi (Golden Kamui) and character designer Hisashi Abe (Berserk).

The manga received a live-action movie adaptation last year. It starred Kento Yamazaki as Xin, and it even screened internationally, including here in Singapore.

As for the TV anime, expect the staff to reveal more details in the days to come.
