Square Enix has released a brand new video announcing a couple of new games for their Kingdom Hearts franchise. Both of these new games will feature familiar characters from the franchise, and both will get their releases this year. Here is the announcement video:

The first game’s title is Kingdom Hearts: Union Dark Road. It will be a direct sequel to the Kingdom Hearts: Union X mobile game, and will also have the same art style as that game. It will take place after the events of the previous game, and it will feature some heavy card-playing action. It will be available for Android and iOS smartphones, as well as Amazon, on June 22.

Meanwhile, the second one will be a rhythm game titled Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory. It will follow Kairi and it will be released later this year. It won’t be a mobile game though, and will be available for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.

Expect Square Enix to announce more details on Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory’s release in the days to come.
