The highly anticipated third season of the Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? TV anime is finally premiering in a couple of weeks. And now, the staff have released a new PV for the anime. It features new footage, as well as teases the anime’s new OP song, “Over and Over” by none other than Yuka Iguchi. The seiyuu also performed the previous theme songs for the anime.
The latest anime adaptation of Fujino Oomori’s ‘Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? light novels will premiere on October 2, 2020. Various networks in Japan will air the new season, including Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, and BS11, as well as AT-X. Several streaming services will also show the new series, including the Bandai Channel and dTV.
The anime itself was supposed to premiere back in July. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic happened, and the staff decided to delay the anime to October.
Much of the staff from the previous season will also be returning too. They include:
- Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Bell Cranell
- Inori Minase as Hestia
- Maaya Uchida as Liliruca Arde
- Yoshimasa Hosoya as Welf Crozzo
- Chinatsu Akasaki as Mikoto Yamato
- Haruka Chisuga as Sanjou no Haruhime
- Saori Hayami as Ryuu Lyon
- Saori Oonishi as Aiz Wallenstein
Much of the staff are also returning, including Hideki Tachibana as director. J.C. Staff will also be animating the project, with Shigeki Kinoto returning as character designer as well. As for when it will premiere, the new season will now begin in October 2020. It was originally slated to begin in July, but the COVID-19 pandemic certainly put a damper on things.
