After a successful TV anime, as well as an anime movie, it looks like Atto’s Non Non Biyori manga will end very soon. The staff for Monthly Comic Alive magazine have announced that the manga will end in the magazine’s April 2021 issue. The magazine will release that issue on February 27, 2021.
But while the manga will be ending in a couple of months, a third TV anime season will be happening for the series as well. It will premiere on January 10, 2021. Silver Link will once again animate the series, with much of the staff returning. This includes director Shinya Kawatsura and character designer Mai Oysuka, as well as scriptwriter Kusanagi. The cast is also returning, and it includes:
- Kotori Koiwai as Renge Miyauchi
- Rie Murakawa as Hotaru Ichijo
- Ayane Sakura as Natsumi Koshigaya
- Kana Asumi as Komari Koshigaya
- Kaori Nazuka as Kazuho Miyauchi
- Rina Satou as Kaede Kagayama
- Misato Fukuen as Hikage Miyauchi
- Ryoko Shintani as Konomi Fujimiya
The anime series adapts Atto’s Non Non Biyori manga. It follows a small rural town’s school, which only has five students, all of whom are of different grades but are stuck in the same class with only one teacher.
