That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2 will be continuing with a second part. And now, they recently held the “Jura Tempest Station: That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime’s All-Female News Announcement Pep Rally Special!” livestream. There, they revealed a brand new PV that’s unfortunately region-locked to Japan. Hower, it did announced that the second part of the second season will premiere on July 6, 2021. It will be replacing The Slime Diaries in its timeslot.

They also revealed that MindaRyn will be performing the new OP song “Like Flames,” while Takuma Terashima, who voiced the human that was Rimuru, Satoru Mikami, is performing the ED song, “Reincarnate”. The stream also revealed that Akira Ishida is joining the cast as Guy Crimson as well.

The first part of the second season premiered last January. Meanwhile, the slice-of-life spin-off series, The Slime Diaries, is currently airing. As for the second part, expect the staff to reveal more details in the days to come.

In Southeast Asia, Netflix is now streaming the second season. Here is how Crunchyroll describes the anime’s story:
